Ethan and Meghan were extremely helpful, as always, and they advised me on the best way to maximize my rental. I always feel like I am visiting "the local folks" when I deal with the Gloucester, VA office.
It started off with a late pick up. When I got to the rental store they apologized and gave me a free upgrade at the same rate as the car I booked. The agent was extremely nice and the car was amazing for my trip. It was a very good experience.

So happy to see a great staff at this location. When it first open a few years ago things where awful. I rented a car online and it seemed like they made me last sticking me with a Fiat aka J-Lo car. The staff seemed like a bunch of frat boys. But we rented in December 2016 they picked us up it was a great experience. Rented again two weeks ago, everything went well. Staff doing an exceptional job and it is nice being able to get great service at this location. Things use to be so bad we started going to the Newport News location. This staff is a welcome change.
