I AM PISSED!
I am so full of anger right now I have to calm down just to write this review. It is shy of 7:00 pm on this Tuesday evening March 31st and Ive had a very long day just to come home and find a blue notice in my door from the Dept of Utilities that my water meter had apparently registered some sort of leak of more than 400,000 gallons of water so mine has been shut off!!!
THIS IS VERY BAD BUSINESS!!!
What angers me more is that the Dept has all of my contact numbers on file with my original application. Why was I not notified via cell or called at work as a courtesy with this information. A warning if you will? I cannot wash my hands. I cannot shower. I did not stop to think before I flushed my toilet which now has NO water in it!
I have called/met with this office several times over the last few months. Each person that I have talked to or interacted with has been very pleasant and professional.
Why? What? I dont even know what that means. I was left with instructions to call but to anger me even more....the office closed at 4pm. What do I do now? Do I worry that I am still leaking something somewhere??? Do I call the owner of the house???
