I have received several items from this store over the past several months. The employees are always very helpful with anything I need. Always answering my questions promptly. Service is great. I would like to especially thank John, as he has goes above and beyond to help us out. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to rent to own.
The Aarons store located in Tappahanock,va has the worst service the mgr. Alice has a crappy attitude and terrible management skills. i was talked into buying a tv and xbox bundle when all i wanted was furniture. i was told i could pay $63 for the furniture and $54 for the tv/xbox. every since then it seems the price changes and her attitude is worse i was sent the wrong furniture for three weeks and given no discount and i have decided to send the furniture back and had an argument with her on the phone. i do not think she should be a mgr or even an employee.
I got a 55in tv from there in it went out two weeks later so they come get the tv in bring a 40in tv without a remote in tell me i get no discount in i have to deal with a 40in tv without a remote for almost three weeks till i get my tv back after saying they was going to bring a 50in tv for the replacement in this store the customers DO NOT COME FIRST....
